CPE Nationals 2026

Your CPE Nationals Entry

CPE has partnered with MyDogEntry to provide online entry for CPE Nationals 2026.

There are three ways to enter CPE Nationals:

• Full Online Entry
  • Create your entry online and pay online with a credit card, a debit card, or a Zelle bank transfer (many banks include Zelle in their online banking services).
  • Your payment will be processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation email within minutes.
  • CSS Nationals has an entry limit. All entries will be added to a waitlist. If the number of entries exceeds that limit, then a random drawing will be conducted from the waitlist. Your payment will be processed if you are selected in the random drawing.
  • Move-ups and move-downs can be done online before the move-up deadline. You can make other changes online until the closing date.
  • You can specify your volunteer preferences online.
  • There is a $1 website fee to create your entry online and a 3.52% processing fee. Zelle bank transfers receive a cash discount equal to the processing fee.
• Online Paper Entry
  • Create your entry online, print a pre-filled entry form, and mail with a check.

  • You can specify your volunteer preferences online.
  • There is a $1 website fee to create your entry online.
• Manual Paper Entry
  • Print the entry form and volunteer form included in the trial premium, handwrite your information, and mail with a check.

  • Email cpenationalsecretary@gmail.com to make any changes to your entry.
